Below are the agenda and prior meeting minutes for our 2026 Annual General Meeting and Presentation Evening.

To be held on: Thursday 19th March 2026.

Meeting Location:  Main Hall, Chantry Centre, Chantry Way, Billericay, CM11 2AP

Time:  7:30pm for 7:45pm start

Free Parking after 6pm is normally available in the nearby council car park just off the High Street.   To get to the Chantry Centre from the car park, cross the High Street and follow the passageway to the left of the Chequers pub.
